In our sessions, I’ll design a tailored program that fits your lifestyle and fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level. Each workout is guided and fully supported, focusing on technique, motivation, and sustainable results. You’ll receive not only a personalized plan, but also the accountability and encouragement needed to stay consistent and confident in your journey.

Group sessions

from €8 per class

Group Training offers all the benefits of expert coaching with the added motivation of training alongside others. Each session is designed to challenge you at your own level while creating a supportive, energising atmosphere. You’ll push harder, have fun, and stay consistent—all while building strength, fitness, and community.

Online training

from €20 per hour

Online training gives you the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere, with a program tailored specifically to you. Through regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support, you’ll have the guidance and accountability of a personal trainer—without needing to step into the gym.
